2-Components-Technology
The
entire body of the bracket, consisting of
high-strength PP and soft TPE, is manufactured in
one single operation. The optimally coordinated
materials and special constructional design of the
POLO-CLIP HS make not only for outstanding sound
absorbency, but also for strength, ease of
handling and rapid assembly.

TPE
Ribbing
It is the soft ribs that give
the POLO-CLIP HS its highly soundabsorbing effect.
Acoustic decoupling is brought about by the angled
pitch of the ribs, and by the air cushions between
them.

Closure
The new
V-shaped closure mechanism of the POLO-CLIP HS
bracket ensures secure fastening, at the same time
as preventing uncontrolled pipe
deformation.

Bracket Base
Either
an M8 or an M10 nut is inlaid into the base of the
bracket. The bracket can be mounted to walls and
ceilings using either a hanger bolt (2 different
sizes possible) or a threaded bolt plus two-hole
baseplate.

TO SHORTEN TO DN/OD 90 AND DN/OD 75

The
POLO-CLIP HS pipe bracket means that a highly
noise-insulated fastening system is now available for
3 nominal diameters of pipe (DN/OD 110, DN/OD 90, DN/OD
75).
POLO-CLIP HS is used "as standard" on DN 110 pipes.
Where pipes with nominal diameters of DN/OD 90 or DN/OD
75 are used, the POLO-CLIP HS can easily be shortened
to
fit: Simply cut off the body of the bracket at the
appropriate points marked, using a suitable cutting
tool.
